Mira needed a digital experience that made appointments, care plans, and everyday health tracking feel simple. We created an accessible platform that supports users from their first booking through ongoing care.
The experience is designed around reassurance and momentum. Soft visual cues reduce friction, while clear progress states and focused screens help users understand what to do next at every stage.
We reviewed the existing service journey, mapped priority tasks, and tested several navigation models. The selected direction became a reusable design system covering onboarding, scheduling, messaging, care plans, and account management.
